Services
What does our office have to offer?
Primary Care for Newborns, Infants and Children
We offer routine visits, commonly known as "well child care", or "check-ups" at the intervals recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP). Newborns are typically seen 1–3 days after hospital discharge, and then again at 2 weeks old. Subsequent appointments occur at 2, 4, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 24, and 30 months old. We then recommend yearly visits through adolescence. Additional visits may be necessary if any special needs arise.
During these visits, we will perform a physical exam, as well as growth monitoring, developmental screening, immunizations and discuss the appropriate anticipatory guidance. These check-ups are the best way to monitor your child’s health and build a strong connection with your pediatrician. There’s no greater peace of mind than knowing that your child is thriving and healthy.
Primary Care for Adolescents and Young Adults
We understand that teenagers may be affected by the same conditions and health problems that occur in young children or even adults, but there are distinct challenges to their healthcare. We provide comprehensive, age-appropriate, and linguistically and culturally-sensitive healthcare to youth and young adults up to age 18 years (young adults may continue to be our patient until they turn 21 years of age). We are confident in our ability to understand and treat both physical and emotional problems in a comprehensive manner, with special attention toward sensitive and open communication.
Sick Visits
We attempt our best to provide same day acute care for our current/existing patients. Simply schedule an appointment for a same day evaluation. Please note that same-day scheduled appointments are necessary in order for a patient to be seen. From minor injuries, illnesses, testing to managing chronic illnesses in collaboration with specialists, we are here as your resource and first point of contact to ensure the health and well-being of your child. We are also offering same-day telehealth visits.
COVID-19 Pandemic Response
Our office pandemic response team partners with our local health jurisdiction and community-based organizations to offer COVID-19 vaccinations to the community, with special emphasis in underserved communities in King County. We are proud to be part of the Washington State Power of Providers (POP) COVID-19 Community Vaccination Partner initiative.
